Manufacturers' Warranty Terms

Island Retreat Series:  25 years structural, 15 years on the shell and and 2 years parts (no labor).

Optional Labor Warranty ($250):  Stellar Spas offers a 2-year labor warranty, which is contingent and limited to performing the labor for replacement of any defective part as determined by the manufacturer.  That is to say, in the event the manufacturer determines that a major component (pump/s, control pack/heater, and ozonator) is deemed in need of replacement, Stellar Spas will subcontract with a spa service company to perform the installation of the new part.  Stellar Spas must seek and hire the company directly.  Alternatively, if the customer elects to perform the labor themselves (or customer hires a service company independently to perform labor), or at Stellar Spas discretion, when the above conditions apply, Stellar Spas will reimburse the customer a maximum of $50 for each manufacturer's part replaced under their warranty terms.

Solar Elite Series:  7 years on the stucture and shell, prorated to 50% at 3 years (i.e., years 3-7). Plumbing and equipment is 3 years, prorated to 50% for the 3rd year.  Two year labor warranty is included.

Return Policy

As our spas are custom built to order, and shipping costs are included in the price. Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee (return shipping costs not included).  In the 18 years we've been in business, we have never had a customer return their spa.  On the contrary, much of our business has been from referrals.  It is not uncommon for neighbors, friends and family of previous customers buy our spas - having seen their quality, features and value up close.
