White Glove Delivery means instead of just curbside delivery, the factory's in-house delivery crew will position your hot tub in its final position*, make the electrical connections (provided you have the proper wiring ready), fill it with water, add chemicals, test for proper functionality, and take you to "spa school". That is to say, the crew will walk you through the proper operation of your spa and answer any questions you have.
